Day 188

The Bath

Tomorrow I am going to be taking some listing photos for the Realtor who helped us get our home. Problem is I don't have a lot of practice with it. I am a little nervous I won't live up to expectations. I practiced on my bathroom and bedroom today to see how I did. First thing is first: I need a wide angle lens. If anyone has any tips I would love to hear them.

First thing I would do is stitch. If you can't get the whole scene with your lens, just stitch shots together in photoshop, and you'd be set! :)

You've done everything right with the lighting too, except in your shower. ;)

Your picture looks good - I am sure you will be fine. Probably a bit late now but there is loads of info here:-

Stitching is a great idea.

Speaking as somebody who is looking online at homes all around the country right now,Cel, and that of course means looking at a ton of interior photos....

I'll indirectly second Chica's comment, lighting is VERY important in a realty photo. To make da point bluntly, Too Dark Sucks. Amazes me how many home photos I see that are seriously underexposed. Low light can be fun with shots for other purposes, but not for real estate interiors (usually).

The light in that shot was ideal. Well Done!
