Lazy rainy day shot today. I was using the 300mm to try to get some shots of the birds in our backyard but they didn't want to come out once they saw me out with the camera. So I settled for flowers.

Day 270
My daughters very quick stint outside jumping in the rain. She high-tailed it right back inside at the first crack of thunder. I only got one shot so this had to be the one. I cropped out her foot because I thought it took away from the shadow.

Day 123
Today we had a rainy morning followed by sunshine. By the time I made it outside to shoot just a few drops remained on the bushes. I should have used the telephoto for this but instead handheld and used the 50mm wide open.

Day 100
I was hoping for something a little more spectacular for my 100th day but this will have to do. Not nearly as sharp as I would like it to be as I was shooting in the breeze but the day got away from me and I ran out of daylight before I was able to try again.

Day 40
Drove from Idaho to Las Vegas today. It rained off an on for the trip which didn't make for great photo ops. Just the laptop with me so no Photoshop. I almost didn't upload a picture today because I'm so ready for bed. Tomorrow is my grandfather's funeral so I may be offline for a few days.
